Exclusion Interaction

A finite-capacity constitutive principle in Relativity of Matter. Not Pauli exclusion. Not a fitted fifth force. Not a synonym for one preferred constitutive function.

Definition EI-1

Minimal constitutive statement. Let X be a dimensionless load for a specified physical channel with admissible branch X<Xcap. RM postulates that the incremental cost of further evolution through that same channel increases as X approaches Xcap, and continuation through that channel is excluded at the capacity boundary.
CANONICAL PRINCIPLE

Finite capacity progressively excludes same-channel continuation.

CANDIDATE REALIZATION

A function with F′(X)→∞ near capacity may implement EI-1. No unique F is declared by EI-1 alone.

DEPENDENT RESULT

For fixed local transport and positive cadence map dτcad=N dT:

ℒlocΘ = −1/N
NON-CLAIMS

EI-1 by itself does not derive stellar calibration, nuclear fusion, collapse endpoints or observational confirmation.
