One universal ordering parameter, local physical cadences
RM postulates an open universal time line T. Clocks are treated as physical systems that count processes; differences between clocks are therefore investigated first as differences of physical cadence rather than as proof that time itself has become a material substance.
State Æ
State Æ is the proposed physical relational continuum of the manifested domain. It is not an extra spatial dimension and not spacetime under another name. Its external physical existence remains an empirical question.
The new methodological order
Phenomenon → minimal known law → limit/question → State Æ hypothesis → equation → prediction.
RM does not place spacetime in the premises when the physical status of spacetime is precisely what the programme wants to examine.
